To become unwounded lay on your back in some shallow water (press z, then x 3 times)
This makes you unwounded, but you need to cure yourself after that. Hunt some bunnies in ReallyBig, and then press 2 once or numerous times until you find ''cure''
when you've found cure, press your character and it will cure/heal itself.
To fly, press c, to go up and down press pg up and pg down.
